What is your Virtual COO?

Your virtual COO is a sort of time sharing arrangement whereby we offer executive management services to a number of small companies across the country, who would normally not have access to or cannot afford a Chief Operating/Chief Financial Officer.

It is affordable since we are available on an as needed basis vs. a full-time commitment from you.

It is truly a win/win arrangement.

Your Virtual COO (“Consultant”) will provide management consulting services for your dental group for a specified period of time.
